What every booking includes
- On-site at your office. Mobile studio lighting and one backdrop are included. Allow 45 to 60 minutes for setup before photography begins.
- No travel fee across the Bay Area. San Francisco down to San Jose, and the East Bay from Berkeley to Fremont. Anywhere outside that is quoted before booking.
- Scheduling handled for you. We send a slot template your team fills in, plus a short prep guide on what to wear.
- Usage rights. Your company website, LinkedIn, organic social media, internal communications, and PR. Other uses are quoted separately. RAW files are not included.
- Delivery. Web-size, high-resolution, and LinkedIn-cropped versions, delivered within 7 business days of image selection.
Founding client rates apply to bookings confirmed on or before 31 December 2026. Standard rates apply after that date. A 50% deposit holds your date, with the balance due on delivery. Final headcount is confirmed 48 hours before the shoot and billed on the confirmed roster.
